Merete Medical GmbH Germany came to an Agreement with Wright Medical Technology, Inc. to dissolve amicably the dispute about the Mark PROTOE by assigning Wright the entire worldwide rights to the mark. Therefore Merete renamed its resorbable Hammertoe Pin to METATOE EndoSorb.
